ADD terms of use
1. Who we are
ADD is a customer, job and accounts system provided by Richard Baker, trading as RBRS ("RBRS", "we", "us"), a sole trader in England. You can contact us at info@rbrs.co.uk or on 020 8656 6444.
2. What ADD does
ADD holds a business's customers, contacts, jobs, service visits, invoices, credit notes, payments and related records. If you choose to connect it to QuickBooks Online, ADD sends copies of your invoices, credit notes, payments, customers and related details to your QuickBooks Online company, so your accounts stay up to date.
3. Who may use it
ADD may be used only by RBRS and by businesses RBRS has given access to (each a "customer business"), and by people those businesses authorise. Each person must keep their login, password and two-step sign-in device to themselves and tell us straight away if they think someone else has used them.
4. Your data
Each customer business owns the records it puts into ADD. We use them only to provide ADD to that business, and we keep each business's data separate from every other's. How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy notice.
Connecting ADD to QuickBooks Online is your choice. You can disconnect it at any time, from ADD or from QuickBooks. Once data has been sent to QuickBooks, it is held by Intuit under Intuit's own terms and privacy statement.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use ADD to break the law, to store content you have no right to hold, to try to get into data or accounts that aren't yours, or in a way that could harm ADD or its other users.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep ADD available and working well, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may update or improve ADD from time to time, and we may suspend access where needed for maintenance, security, or a breach of these terms.
7. Responsibility
You are responsible for checking the records you create in ADD, including invoices, tax amounts and anything sent to QuickBooks, and for your own tax returns and accounts. ADD is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending use
A customer business may stop using ADD at any time. We may end access with reasonable notice, or straight away for a serious breach of these terms. When access ends, we will give the business a copy of its data on request and then delete it, unless we must keep it by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will tell customer businesses about any important change.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
